This was a project that I gave myself at the beginning of the year, to try and see how detailed I could get, or, to see how long it would take me to re-draw this picture. In all honesty it annoyed me so much to do it, but there is one person missing from the picture, i gave up on his hair, but eventually I’ll add him back in. This took me about two weeks and a lot of color correcting as well. I have already shown this project to Grade 10’s and 11’s, showing them how far they can actually get if they tried, albeit if it took them months or even years to complete. Though, even when I finally re-drew this from all the complicity that it was, I’m still tempted to find even harder pictures to complete.

Livi and Kanda from D. Gray-man
A re-draw that I did in two classes. It was a screen-cap from the anime D. Gray-man. These little mini-redraws that i usually do on a daily/regular basis. It’s like touch-up re-drawing skills. These were screen-caps taken from an episode, and maybe one day i’ll re-draw stuff like this.

This picture was my very first re-draw ever. This actually took me a while, since I was trying out a new program that I was afraid to actually try. Surprisingly I actually finished it in a couple weeks. I was just shown the basic’s by a friend (Arrol Royal =3) and from there he kinda showed me how it worked, and eventually I got the hang of it, finishing it on my own and getting the colors right, and fixing the layers of how it would show.
